Thailand - Bangkok - Koh Samet

Thailand is a kind of central place for us to travel around South East Asia. We already entered the country three times!
First, when we came from Singapore, then from Myanmar and finally from Cambodia. It's always good as the country has generally better infrastructures than its neighbors.
The first pictures with the temples are from Bangkok. It’s a real chaos of Tuk-tuks, motorcycles and cars (sometimes it remembers me of Sao Paulo ;-) ).
Especially in Kho San road area there are a lot of tourists. It’s a bit too much and not so great to walk throught all this mass.
In the other side of Bangkok, there are a lot of big and modern buildings.
There are also a lot of cultural events. The city is full of live and movement.
Many foreigners (called “Farang” by the locals) like it so much that they have decided to live here.

The lying Buddha and the temples are from the Wat Pho, the place where I (Tina) did my massage course. I'm practising it with Nic and Roger, so I can do good massages on you guys when we comeback ;-) . Many monks live there and all the national knowledge of herbal medicines and massages are centralized there since 200 years.
For me, it’s very good as Tina has to practice her course on me every night!

On the next pictures, we are on a nice island called Ko Samet. Charles and Tina have received some massage on the beach. It was great!

In Ko Samet, there are many wild dogs. They all want food! Have a look at the picture of the girl on the beach!

In a few days, we will go for south Thailand.

Chegaram no pedaço que ai começa tudo. Baita confusão e admiração.
Aproveitem os olhos vermelhos da poluição e depois toda surpresa dos templos e águas transparentes.
Ai que vontade de poder estar um pouquinho ai com vcs.
Mil Bjx Claudia.
